Eczema is a very common inflammatory skin disease caused by genetic factors and/or external influences. It causes red, scaly and occasionally weeping skin changes and often severe itching.

We treat all forms of eczema, both those caused by external triggers such as allergens or skin-damaging substances and atopic/endogenous eczema (atopic dermatitis).

Atopic dermatitis is a chronic hereditary skin disease that progresses in flare-ups. Young children in particular suffer greatly from the symptoms and need effective treatment. Good advice on skin care is also very important, as the skin barrier is impaired in atopic dermatitis.
